Our mission at Move More Move Well is to help you achieve your movement goals. 

 

Whether that's carrying your weekly shopping more easily, getting out of bed more freely, or improving your sporting performance.

 

We will assist you in understanding your body and its movement patterns. Identify where we can improve function, and mobility and ultimately help you to move more and move well. 

 

Through our range of assessments, classes and workshops, we help you to move well by 

  • Restoring correct, natural movement and form

  • Creating greater body awareness 

  • Developing good postural and exercise habits 

  • Instilling these changes in your daily life in as little as 5 minutes per day 

Through our range of Move Well services we can help you on the journey to improve your movement.

Move Well Sessions

Move Well sessions are inspired by the Pilates method, but are ultimately focused on helping you move more, and move well, whatever your fitness goals. 

Move Well Back To Health Programme 

Our Move More Back to Health Programme comprises a unique blend of postural assessments, intrinsic biomechanics screens and Pilates influences to understand your body and what it needs in order to move better in daily life, and achieve your movement goals. 

 

For just £180 you will receive three 1-2-1 sessions, alongside a personalised exercise programme AND access to our ever popular Pilates sessions*. Plus, we are always at the end of the phone if you have any queries.
