Ride Well In-person classes

Ride Well classes are dedicated Pilates sessions designed with the horse rider in mind.

 

We focus on exercises to specifically help common issues riders face and explore how these exercises can help you in the saddle.

You can book yourself onto a 4-week term or pay for individual classes on a Pay As You Go basis.

Why Pilates for Horse Riders?

Pilates works. It's that simple. 

 

The fundamentals of Pilates focus on Alignment, Breathing and Centering.

​

Pilates original six principles are: 

  • Concentration

  • Control

  • Centering

  • Flowing movement

  • Precision

  • Breathing

 

These themes readily transfer to the equestrian and by adopting these principles in our off horse exercises, we can learn to become better riders.
