The Move More "Back to Health" Programme
Our Move More Back to Health Programme comprises a unique blend of postural assessments, intrinsic biomechanics screens and Pilates influences to understand your body and what it needs in order to move better in daily life, and achieve your movement goals.
For just £180 you will receive three 1-2-1 sessions, alongside a personalised exercise programme AND access to our ever popular Pilates sessions*. Plus, we are always at the end of the phone if you have any queries.

What's Included
Before your first session
Before your first session you will be emailed a link to our medical form and asked about your goals (what you'd like to achieve during the programme)
Please note that, on occasions, it may be necessary to obtain medical clearance or further information from your medical professional before participating in this programme. We will only do this with your permission.

Session Breakdown
In your first session we will complete a series of postural analysis and intrinsic biomechanics screens to obtain a full picture of how your body moves and functions.
The session will last 60 minutes and normal gym clothing is suitable.
Following this session your personal profile will be analysed, and a bespoke personalised training programme put together to help you achieve your movement goals.
During session two, your personalised programme will be shared with you. We will demonstrate the exercises and ask that you have a go at completing them too, so we can be sure your execution of the exercises is spot on!
After the session, your homework will be to complete the prescribed exercises each day until the review session.
At our final (third) review session, we will rescreen the whole body, comparing and contrasting your results and the impact of the exercises.
In order to sustain good practices and encourage self-care, allowing you to live your life with improved movement function, we encourage you to commit to our regular Pilates sessions. As part of this package, you will receive access to one Pilates group class session. Further sessions can then be booked on a PAYG basis.
Timeframes
Ideally, we ask that the whole programme is completed within 4 weeks, to get you back on the road to health and giving you the tools to manage your own health and wellbeing going forwards.
From the date of the first session, no more than a week is advised from first to second session. Ideally no more than 2 weeks is advised between the second and third session. This leaves the final (4th) week for you to attend our small group Pilates class*
* Price includes one Pilates session per purchased package (Clopton for horse riders or Melton generalist Pilates) timings will be subject to availability
What is Biomechanics?
Put simply, biomechanics is the science behind movement. It looks at how we move and why.
Move More Move Well utilises an evidence based system to assess our movement patterns and helps improve them, thus reducing risk and optimising performance.
Our simple movement techniques are easy to incorporate into your busy daily schedule, and yet will rapidly improve your movement ability and quality of life.
